                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 
                   WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, FOR PROVIDING 
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES TO CONTRACT NO. 73B-1, 
                   BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS, FOR A 
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWO HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND 
                   DOLLARS ($203,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Supplemental 
       Agreement No. 3 with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, for providing 
       engineering services to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector 
       Sewers, for a consideration of $203,000.00.
